In this online course, you are going to discover the infinite possibilities of the particles in NukeX. So many reasons to do your own effects directly in Nuke. Floating Dust, Smoke, rain, dripping water and so on…
As the other courses from this Nuke master class series, you will achieve a great shot, from beginning to end, that will illustrate all the professionals techniques that you’ll learn.
At the end of this course, you’ll be confident creating realistic or stylized particle systems that you’ll be able to integrate in your shots or motion design creation.
I’m Florian Girardot. I’m a senior visual effect artist specialized in Compositing. I’ve been working in the movie industry for more than 10 years.
This entire curriculum is based on both my professional and teaching experiences.
In the first chapter, you will learn how to create your own floating ashes particle system. This will allow you to discover how to emit particles, how to control them and how to render them.
Next, you are going to go further with particles, emit particles from particles, deal with multiple systems. With those techniques, we’ll create a water dripping effect.
Finally, In the last chapter, using the fundamentals learned previously, you will learn how to use particle presets to quickly achieve smoke or rain, and learn new workflows from those presets.
