ESPRIT B-Axis MillTurn Master Class (DVD) … This tutorial is designed to maximize the potential of using ESPRIT to program B-Axis MillTurn Centers. The exercises found in this Tutorial cover a wide range of Turning and Tilted MillTurn Operations.We will also cover Work Planes and Turning Work Coordinates in detail so that you can take your ESPRIT projects to the shop floor with confidence.
IMPORTANT: The B-Axis Master Class Tutorial assumes that you have all the skills for running ESPRIT that is covered in the Beginning Turning Tutorial and Advanced Turning & MillTurn. If you are new to ESPRIT it is advised that you consider the Turning B-Axis MillTurn Bundle #1 OR Bundle #2.

ESPRIT Beginning Milling (DVD) … We begins with our new “Quick Start” exercises. These exercises, one for wireframe geometry and one for solid models, take a new User quickly through a project from start to end only covering the minimum steps needed to program a part in ESPRIT. We then program a variety of parts using every Operation on the SolidMill Traditional toolbar.

ESPRIT 2020xx Essentials (DVD) … Lays the foundation for machining. This tutorial uses the ESPRIT 20xx interface to create geometry, sizing, and solid building on a variety of milling, turning, and wire EDM parts. The basics of identifying features using work planes using various practice exercises.

ESPRIT SolidMill and SolidMillTurn FreeForm 3-Axis Machining (DVD) This Tutorial starts off explaining Surface Modeling, Surface Curves, NURBS Curves and CAD for CAM Modeling. Then we get down to business. We cover each Operations found on the SolidMill and SolidMillTurn FreeForm & Mold 3-Axis toolbars with a variety of real world parts.
IMPORTANT: The FreeForm 3-Axis Tutorial assumes that you have all the skills for running ESPRIT that is covered in the Beginning Milling Tutorial and Advanced Rotary Milling Tutorial. If you are new to ESPRIT it is advised that you consider the Milling 3D Bundle.

ESPRIT SolidMill and SolidMillTurn FreeForm 5-Axis Machining (2 DVD) … This tutorial starts by covering the primary building blocks of 5-Axis Machining, Swarf, Contour Milling and Composite. We then machine several exercises where we expand on these three core skills in ESPRIT SolidMill & SolidMillTurn FreeForm 5-Axis Machining on a variety of parts using every FreeForm 5-Axis Operations and those 3-Axis Operations that include 5-Axis options.
